payments, Expenditure monitoring and Investments, Interaction with banks, scholarships, student payments, budget preparation etc.

 Experience in looking after the activities related to the registration of the students, examination support functions, grading & graduation, change of discipline, summer programmes, self study, exchange studentship, casual studentship, weak student management, issues of transcripts, verification of credentials of graduated or existing students, scholarships & awards, merit certificates, migration certificates, student course work and other comprehensive information, maintaining files with respect to correspondence with external supervisor for thesis supervision etc.

5 Principal Technical Officer(Regular) PB:3 (Rs.  15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- Not exceeding 45 years Essential:  B.E./B.Tech. or M.Sc./MCA Degree in field of Computer Science & Engineering with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks) and consistently excellent academic
record.
Experience: 20 years Industrial, Research, ICT or other relevant experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Senior Scientific/Technical Officer or equivalent with GP of Rs. 6000/-.
6 Residential Security Officer(On contract) Rs.  50,000/- per month Consolidated salary Preferably below 60 years. Essential:  Bachelor degree from a recognized University / Institute with 5 years of
experience in Supervising position in Army / Central paramilitary Forces in Govt. organization / educational / Private organization.
 Preference will be given to the persons who have served in the Army / Central Paramilitary Forces or such uniformed services.
 Residential Security Officer should invariably reside in the campus
Desirable:
 Training and handling emergency situations like Fire Fighting, Rescue Operations, Floods, Earthquake etc.
 Possessing a Diploma Certificate in Security operations/Fire safety and disaster manager from a University/ Institute / Reputed organization.
7 Technical Assistants (On contract) Rs. 18,000/- per month Consolidated salary. Preferably below 30 years Essential:  First class Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree in Sciences in relevant subject or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute.

 First class Diploma in Engineering in relevant field (Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Metallurgy/ Chemical/ Computer Science) with excellent academic record.

 Post graduate degree in Sciences or B.E./B.Tech. in relevant field from a recognized University or Institute.
Desirable:
 PGDCA or equivalent from a recognized Institute.
8 Junior Assistants (On contract) Rs. 15,000/- per month Consolidated salary. Preferably below 27 years Essential: 10+2 in any discipline with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and
proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
Desirable:
 B.Com. degree and PGDCA or equivalent from a recognized Institute.
 Proficiency in other Computer skills; Stenography Skills.

General Instructions:

  • The selection process for Technical Assistant (On contract) and Junior Assistant (On contract) includes written test (in their respective field) followed by an interview.
  • All Qualifications and Experiences will be reckoned as on 21-07-2014.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Test/ Interview.
  • There is no application fee.
  • Mere eligibility will not vest any right in any candidate for being called for interview. The decision of the Institute in all matters will be final. No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates in connection with the process of selection/ interview. Canvassing in any manner would entail disqualification of the candidature.
  • Reservations are applicable as per Government of India norms.
  • Applications received after the last date or without complete information / supporting documents will not be considered.
  • The Institute reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for Interview after short listing with reference to the candidate’s qualification, suitability, experience etc.
  • The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post advertised. The Institute also reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts.
