Educational Qualification:

•    Deputy General Manager (Manufacturing) – The candidate should be passed Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks
•    Deputy General Manager (Materials Management) – The candidate should be passed Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks
•    Deputy General Manager (HR) – The candidate should be passed MBA/ MSW/ MA in Social Work/ HR/ IR/ PG diploma in Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent
•    Deputy General Manager (Marketing) – The candidate should be passed Degree in Engineering with MBA in Marketing or equivalent with 60% marks
•    Deputy General Manager (Legal) – The candidate should be passed LLB/ LLM degree or equivalent
•    Deputy General Manager (PR) – The candidate should be passed Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Relations/ Journalism/ Mass Communication or equivalent with 60% marks
•    Assistant General Manager (Production/ PPC) – The candidate should be passed Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks

•    Assistant General Manager (Production/ PPC)/Assistant General Manager (Materials Management)/Assistant General Manager (Marketing)/Assistant General Manager (Quality)/Assistant General Manager (Finance)/Assistant General Manager (Rajbhasha) –  The Pay Scale of Rs. 32900-58000/- per month
•    Assistant Officer (Rajbhasha) –  The Pay Scale of Rs. 12600-34200/- per month
•    Office Assistant Trainee (Rajbhasha) –  The Pay Scale of Rs. 7000-20000/- per month
