Name of the Posts:

•    Diploma Trainee (Electrical) – 10 Posts
•    Diploma Trainee (Civil) – 02 Posts
•    Diploma Trainee (Telecom) – 02 Posts
•    Junior Supervisor Trainee (HR) – 05 Posts
•    Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical) – 02 Posts

Educational Qualification:

•    Diploma Trainee (Electrical) – The Candidate should be passed Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 70% marks
•    Diploma Trainee (Civil) – The Candidate should be passed Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 70% marks
•    Diploma Trainee (Telecom) – The Candidate should be passed Diploma in Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent with 70% marks
•    Junior Supervisor Trainee (HR) – The Candidate should be passed PG Diploma/ MSW in Personnel Management or equivalent with 55% marks
•    Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical) – The Candidate should be passed ITI certificate in Electrical trade

Age: The candidate maximum age limit is 27 years. Upper age limit for SC/ST/PWD applicable as per Govt. guidelines

Pay or Salary:

•    Diploma Trainee (Electrical) – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 16000-35500/- per month
•    Diploma Trainee (Civil) – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 16000-35500/- per month
•    Diploma Trainee (Telecom) – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 16000-35500/- per month
•    Junior Supervisor Trainee (HR) – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 16000-35500/- per month
•    Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical) – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 11500-26000/- per month

Fee:

Rs.300/- in respect of Diploma Trainee (Electrical / Civil / Telecom) / Junior Supervisor Trainee and Rs.200/- in respect of Jr. Technician Trainee shall be payable by applicants belonging to General /OBC through  DD, drawn in favour of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited payable at Jammu.

Selection Procedure: The selection procedure will be made on the performance in Written test and interview
