•    Assistant (Gen) GrIII – 9 Posts
•    Assistant (S&P) GrIII – 3 Posts
•    Assistant (F&A) GrIII – 3 Posts
•    Junior Stenographer – 10 Posts

Educational Qualification:

•    Assistant (Gen) GrIII – HSC Examination  in any Group subjects/ Must be Typing Skills ( 35 words/min in English, 30 words/min in Hindi Language)
•    Assistant (S&P) GrIII – HSC Examination  in any Group subjects/ Must be Typing Skills ( 35 words/min in English, 30 words/min in Hindi Language)
•    Assistant (F&A) GrIII – HSC Examination  in Commerce Group subjects/ Must be Typing Skills ( 35 words/min in English, 30 words/min in Hindi Language)
•    Junior Stenographer – HSC Examination  in any Group subjects/ Must be Shorthand speed 80 words/min, Typing Skills ( 40 words/min in English, 35 words/ min in Hindi Language)

Age: The candidate maximum age limit is 28 years. Upper age limit for SC/ST/PWD applicable as per Govt. guidelines

Pay or Salary:

•    Assistant (Gen) GrIII – The Pay Scale of Rs.5200-20200/-  with Grade pay of  Rs.1900/-
•    Assistant (S&P) GrIII – The Pay Scale of Rs.5200-20200/-  with Grade pay of  Rs.1900/-
•    Assistant (F&A) GrIII – The Pay Scale of Rs.5200-20200/-  with Grade pay of  Rs.1900/-
•    Junior Stenographer – The Pay Scale of Rs.5200-20200/-  with Grade pay of  Rs.2400/-

Fee:

An application fee of Rs.100/- in the way of Demand Draft in favour of Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute and payable at the State Bank of India, Durgapur (Code No. 00074).

Selection Procedure: The selection procedure will be made on the performance in interview
