Educational Qualification:

•    Assistant – Graduation in any discipline/Should have working knowledge of MS Office
•    Management Trainee (Operations/ Technical/ Material/IT/HR) – BE/BTech in Civil/Mechanical/ Mech. Marine/ Electronics & Instrumentation or Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/ Production Engg/ Mech.Marine or CS/IT/ECE Engg.subjects
•    Dy Manager (Technical) – BE/BTech (Mech )/Mech.Marine/Should have Expc. in a repair yard/workshop preferably dealing with repairs.of Deck & Engine of Vessel or four Years post-qualification Expc.
•    Superintendent (Secretarial Service) – Graduation in any discipline with Secretarial Practice or pass in Stenography (English) exam with speed of 120 words/min and typing (English) speed of 50 words/min from any Govt recognized Institution/4 Years of Expc. as Stenographer for Sr Executive/Head of Department
•    Manager (HR) – Post Graduation/PG Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management/IR/Should have Expc. in HR Department and exposure to HRD systems, handling recruitment, IR matters.and establishment matters./8 Years post qualification Expc.
•    Manager (Materials) – BTech/BE/M Tech in Mech in Marine/ Electrical/ Electronics/Production Engg. subjects/ Should have Expc. in global procurement of spares, identification of suppliers, inventory management, quality standards/8 Years of post-qualification Expc.
•    Manager (Technical) – BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engg/Mech. Marine Engg/MEO CL-II/Dredge Engineer Gr-II/M Tech in Mechanical/Mech.Marine Engg.with 8 Years relevant post qualification Expc.

•    General Manager (IT) – BE/B Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ ECE/IT/MCA/M Sc in Computer Science subject/ Handling Networking and Applications Development and ERP Implementation as Senior Position/15 Years of post-qualification Expc.
•    General Manager (Marketing) – Graduation in Civil Engg. or M.Tech in Dredging & Harbour Engg subjects/ Master(FG)/ COC/ COS/Dredge Master- GR-I/Should have worked in senior position with Marketing functions in related/Engg. Industry/ 10 Years of post qualification Expc. in case of Master (FG)/COC/ COS/ Dredge Master Gr I/15 Years post qualification Expc. in case of Civil Engg. Graduates/M Tech (Dredging & Harbour Engg )
