•   Assistant Engineer (DIST) – 565 Posts
•   Junior Engineer (DIST) – 62 Posts

Educational Qualification:

•   Assistant Engineer (DIST) – The Candidate should be passed Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology
•   Junior Engineer (DIST) – The Candidate should be passed Diploma in Electrical Engineering
•   Assistant Vigilance Officer – The Candidate should be passed Degree of any Govt. recognized University with at-least 60% aggregate marks OR Diploma with 55% marks OR Degree in Electrical / Electronics/ Information Technology/ Computer/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering from Government Recognized University/ Institute OR Serving or Retired Non-commissioned Officer from any Defence service/ Assistant Sub-Inspector from Para Military Force/ State Police Force having total service of not less than eight years
•   Junior Assistant – The Candidate should be passed Bachelor of Commerce/ Bachelor of Business Administration / Bachelor of Management Studies with MS-CIT

Age:

•   Assistant Engineer (DIST) – The Candidate age not exceeding 35 years.
•   Junior Engineer (DIST) – The Candidate age not exceeding 30 years.
•   Assistant Vigilance Officer – The Candidate age not exceeding 30 years.
•   Junior Assistant – The Candidate age not exceeding 30 years.

Pay or Salary:

•   Assistant Engineer (DIST) – The Pay Scale of Rs. 19110-840-23310-885-46320/- per month.
•   Junior Engineer (DIST) – The Pay Scale of Rs. 14500-650-17750-675-24500-710-40120/- per month.
•   Assistant Vigilance Officer – The Pay Scale of Rs. 14140-650-17390-675-24140-710-39760/- per month.
•   Junior Assistant – The Pay Scale of Rs. 10000/- for 1st year, Rs 11000/- for 2nd year, Rs 12000/- for 3rd year per month.

Fee:

An application fee of Rs.500/- + Transaction Charges for UR , Rs.250/- Reserved Category + Transaction Charges through Demand Draft in favour of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited’ payable at Mumbai
