Age Limit:
Candidates maximum age must be 30 years as on 31-1-2016.
Upper age limit relaxation is 5 years for SC/ ST, 10 years for PwD (UR), 15 years for PwD (SC/ ST) and Ex–Servicemen (EXSM) as per Govt. directives.
Pay Scale:
For all posts pay scale is Rs.11,900/- to Rs.32,900/-.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)/ Commerce/ Business Management/ Business Administration OR 3 years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Instrumentation/
Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Selection Process:
Selection process shall consist of Written Test and Interview.

Candidates must have to pay Rs.350/- (Rupees Three hundred and fifty only) Challan for General & OBC in favour of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd., Account No. 00000010981274266 (IFSC Code SBIN0000871) in any branch of State Bank of India. SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from paying application fee.
